GPT Assistant

Our custom GPT gives you a conversational way to explore the GraphADV API and fetch live ADV data without writing code. Ask natural-language questions, and the assistant will query the same firms, funds, principals, persons, and filings endpoints documented here.

Launch it: GraphADV GPT

  • Quick discovery and prototyping before wiring up API calls.
  • Demoing GraphADV data to stakeholders in a chat interface.
  • Iterating on filters, joins, or rankings with follow-up prompts.
  • Runs inside ChatGPT with a custom prompt tuned to GraphADV data.
  • Uses live API calls to return fresh ADV filings, firms, principals, funds, and insights.
  • Handles follow-up requests (e.g., “show the latest brochure”, “include key principals”, “rank by AUM”).
  • “Who are the principals for KSL Advisors, LLC (Denver, CO)? Include titles.”
  • “Top 5 private equity firms in Colorado ranked by total regulatory AUM. Show city/state and totals.”
  • “Pull the latest Form ADV Part 2 brochure for KSL Advisors and give me a summary plus the public PDF link.”
  • “Show the fund list under KSL Advisors with gross asset value and whether they are master/feeder.”
  • “Find RIAs in Texas with >$1B AUM focused on private credit. Include contact emails if available.”
  • “List firms that filed new brochures this month; include filing date and Supabase PDF URL.”
  • “Give me principals with validated emails at firms that specialize in venture capital in California.”
  • Prospecting: generate ranked firm lists by AUM, strategy, geography, or filing recency, then drill into principals.
  • Due diligence: pull the latest Form ADV Part 2 brochure with a quick summary of focus, clients, fees, and custodians.
  • Fund mapping: enumerate private funds under a firm and identify master/feeder relationships.
  • Executive research: surface principals with validated emails and titles for targeted outreach.
  • Competitive scans: compare firms by asset class focus, investment approaches, or region.
  • Include name + city/state to disambiguate firms or people.
  • Ask for follow-ups: “Pull their latest Form ADV Part 2 brochure”, “Show associated private funds”, “Rank by AUM”.
  • If you see a table you like, ask the GPT to export or reformat columns you need for downstream work.

Once you’re happy with a prompt, jump to the API Reference or relevant Schema pages to reproduce the query directly with curl, Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
